   3 Written in Python, it uses Mark Pilgrim's feed parser. It runs from
   4 cron, collects articles from a number of feeds, and generates a
   5 static HTML page listing the newest articles in date order. It
   6 supports per-feed customizable update times, and uses ETags,
   7 Last-Modified, and gzip compression to minimize network bandwidth
   8 usage.
