   1 Boa Constructor is a cross platform RAD GUI Building IDE. It offers visual
   2 frame creation and manipulation, an object inspector, many views on the source
   3 like inheritance hierarchies, object methods and properties, html generated
   4 from documentation strings, a debugger and integrated help. It is written in
   5 Python and uses the wxPython toolkit which wraps wxWindows.
