   1 Log::Dispatch::Config is a subclass of Log::Dispatch and provides a
   2 way to configure Log::Dispatch object with configuration file
   3 (default, in AppConfig format).  This is almost a log4j equivalent for
   4 Perl, not with all API compatibility though.
