  57 The licensee named below is granted the right
  58 to utilize CGIC, major version 1 or 2, any minor
  59 version thereof, in CGI applications without the
  60 need for a credit notice of any kind. CGI applications
  61 developed by the holder of this license may be
  62 distributed freely in source code or binary form
  63 without additional fees or royalties. This license does
  64 not grant the right to use CGIC to create a development tool
  65 which passes on substantially all of the capabilities of the
  66 CGIC library to the user of the tool, unless that tool is
  67 to be used internally by the license holder only in order
  68 to develop CGI applications. This license may not
  69 be resold, but applications developed in accordance
  70 with the terms of the license may be distributed
  71 freely subject to the limitations described above.

  73 Future minor (2.x) versions of CGIC will be covered by this
  74 license free of charge. If significant defects of workmanship
  75 are discovered in version 2.x, minor releases to correct them
