  12 vgremove allows you to remove one or more volume groups.
  13 If one or more physical volumes in the volume group are lost,
  14 consider \fBvgreduce --removemissing\fP to make the volume group
  15 metadata consistent again.

  17 If there are logical volumes that exist in the volume group,
  18 a prompt will be given to confirm removal.  You can override
  19 the prompt with \fB-f\fP.
