Extract tarball to /usr/src/contrib/tcsh-6

Remove all files from README.DELETED

	xargs rm -rf < README.DELETED

Import the tcsh source

	cvs import -m "Vendor import of tcsh 6.15.00" \
		src/contrib/tcsh-6 TCSH tcsh_6_15_00

Add our READMEs

	Commit tcsh-6/README.{DRAGONFLY,DELETED}

Redirect the build to the new source

Bring in the custom DragonFly changes, eg
Checkpoint support etc
