The version of xsltproc in pkgsrc is newer, so this is the first step in
getting the docs to build using DragonFly-native pkgsrc tools.

Removed $DragonFly$ lines in the examples.  They are incidental to the
examples themselves.

The 'normal' $DragonFly$ tag is still there in the source file, but the other
ones would cause trouble if the output was committed as part of the build
process.  i.e. building a plain text version of the handbook would generate
a page that had several $DragonFly$ tags in the page examples, and then
committing that text version of the output would cause troubles when CVS
would try to expand those tags.

Make minor adjustments to the release engineering document.

Handbook changes:
Change 'pkg-add -r' to 'pkg-add', as that's messed up a few people lately.
Put in notes for desktop and x11 sections mentioning that the information
is somewhat out of date, as both sections have a lot of ports-specific
information, and the x11 section deals only with XFree86.

en/share/sgml/mailing-lists.ent. This idea was from
Carl Schmidt on submit@.

Kept a few FreeBSD mailing lists that were referenced throughout
the handbook. Added "freebsd" as part of the entity names.
Also replaced a few references to FreeBSD lists to refer to

recipe will pick it out from there.
