Removal of remaining FreeBSD 5.x references and hardcoded "FreeBSD" refs.
By and large, this all should apply correctly to DragonFly now.

DragonFly and will eventually not be needed, anyway.

Changed the &os; entity to read "DragonFly" instead of the more cumbersome
"DragonFlyBSD".  The whole book will be using this entity instead of a
hardcoded name, eventually.

generally remain applicable, since serial technology isn't changing
much since this was written.

Installation chapter redone to match current install using LiveCD;
also updates to x11 and linuxemu chapters to remove no-longer-relevant
anchors to the old installation chapter.

s/FreeBSD/&os; where appropriate.  This is basic UNIX usage, so
few changes will be needed.

Inital commit of the Handbook.  It's based on the FreeBSD handbook, from a few
days ago.  This version builds in our framework, and some changes have
been made, but per-chapter updates/removals still need to be made.  In
particular, any FreeBSD 5-specific material is not needed, and some
text, such as running third-party applications, should be marked
"experimental" until someone can verify those programs can still be run.

I am currently using http://www.forknibbler.com/handbook/ as a test area
for this material.

Completed conversion of Markus Schatzl's installation notes, plus
additions from me.  Also, some changes suggested by Matt Dillon.

This section is now complete enough that it will take a user from
end to end of the install process, in most cases.  It does not touch
upon the new installer work.

Moved Arial in front of Helvetica in font choices.  Helvetica is usually
installed as a bitmap font, and Arial as TT, so it's more likely the
page will have antialiasing for the viewer with this "priority".
Viewers without antialiasing or without Arial will not notice a change.

Partial work on an installation chapter, working from Markus Schatzl's notes.
This may become less useful if the new installer is completed before 1.0 is
released, so I'm committing what I have now and working on other docs in
the meantime.

Initial start to the DragonFly BSD User's Guide.  Backups, updating,
ports, and X Windows are covered so far.

* Clean integration with a WWW tree, without destroying
  URIs in generated DocBook documents.

* Compact directory layout, efficient for mirrors.

* Support for custom XSL stylesheets and non-DocBook XML.

This needs to be committed now so that future changes by me and others
can be version tracked.

To give others a kick start, I am committing an article outlining
individuals who have contributed to DragonFlyBSD; a Task-List article
which uses custom XSL stylesheet and non-DocBook and the FreeBSD
Architecture Handbook.

structuring kernel internal documentation for DragonFly for future
and also for a DragonFlyBSD User/Admin Guide.
