   1 This is a handy little utility that recognizes many different ways of
   2 naming an ASCII character (hex, octal, binary, decimal, C escape, ISO
   3 character table pair, slang names, and others) and prints out all the
   4 equivalents.  A CGI script that can be used to enable access over the
   5 Web is included.
