   1 Vipul's Razor is a distributed, collaborative, spam detection and
   2 filtering network. Through user contribution, Razor establishes a
   3 distributed and constantly updating catalogue of spam in propagation that
   4 is consulted by email clients to filter out known spam. Detection is done
   5 with statistical and randomized signatures that efficiently spot mutating
   6 spam content. User input is validated through reputation assignments based
   7 on consensus on report and revoke assertions which in turn is used for
   8 computing confidence values associated with individual signatures.

  10 Razor Agents are written in Perl and will work on most Unix operating
  11 systems and others OSes for which perl is available.
