  16    results that are not reflective of the performance of the current
  17    version or edition of the product.

  20    McAfee or its suppliers be liable to you for any consequential,
  21    special, incidental, or indirect damages of any kind arising
  22    out of the delivery, performance, or use of the software. Even

  25    contract, tort, or any other theory of liability, exceed the
