security/dirmngr/DESCR

   1 DirMngr is a server for managing and downloading certificate revocation
   2 lists (CRLs) for X.509 certificates and for downloading the certificates
   3 themselves.  DirMngr also handles OCSP requests as an alternative to CRLs.
   4 DirMngr is usually invoked by gpgsm and in general not used directly.
