   1 Provides several tools that are useful when working
   2 with smart cards: csc_scan regularly scans every
   3 PC/SC reader connected to the host and reports when
   4 a card is inserted or removed. ATR_analysis is a Perl
   5 script used to parse the smart card ATR. The
   6 smartcard_list.txt contains ATR of some cards. It is
   7 used by ATR_analysis to find a card model corresponding
   8 to the ATR. The perl script scriptortis used to send
   9 commands to a smart card using a batch file or stdin.
