   1 epubpreflight is a tool for checking ePub files. It does not do
   2 validation, that is the role of the epubcheck tool. The epubpreflight
   3 tool is intended to check the things that are not mentioned in the
   4 EPUB spec, but that could be issues in one environment or another.

   6 The things that epubpreflight currently gives errors for are:
   7 * Content files that are empty.
   8 * Content files that are over 300KB.
   9 * Image files that are empty.
  10 * Image files that are over 10MB.

  12 It doesn't yet check the stylesheets.
