   1 The Perl 5 module Module::Starter::PBP implements a simple approach
   2 to creating modules and their support files, based on the
   3 Module::Starter module.

   5 When used as a Module::Starter plugin, this module allows you to
   6 specify a simple directory of templates which are filled in with
   7 module-specific information, and thereafter form the basis of your
   8 new module.

  11 on the recommendations in the book "Perl Best Practices" (O'Reilly,
  12 2005).
