   1 qDecoder is a CGI library for C/C++ and a solution product for
   2 developers.  The Query Fetch algorithm of qDecoder which is based on
   3 linked-list gives developers simpler library interface without regard
   4 to a method of GET or POST.  Also because it gives transparency with a
   5 subordinate layer, web-based softwares - CGI - is designed and
   6 embodied in reliability further. The source code for qDecoder is
   7 freely available to everyone.
