   1 BagpipeTex is a set of MusixTeX macros to typeset bagpipe music.

   3 Bagpipe music is written slightly differently than regular music and
   4 sequences of gracenotes are often viewed as tokens rather than sequences
   5 of individual notes.  These differences make it very difficult to
   6 typeset bagpipe music with plain old MusixTeX.  Therefore BagpipeTeX has
   7 been written by Walt Innes (walt@slac.stanford.edu).  This is a macro
   8 package for use on top of MusixTex, which is itself a macro package for
   9 use with LaTeX.

  11 Once BagpipeTeX is installed, you can then process BagpipeTeX files
  12 exactly the same as you would a regular MusixTeX file.  For example:

  14         musixtex foo
  15         musixflx foo
  16         musixtex foo

  18 This will give you foo.dvi which then can be processed like any other
  19 .dvi.  Use dvips to convert it into a postscript file or print it to a
  20 Postscript printer.  Then ps2pdf may be used to convert the Postscript
  21 file into a PDF file.
