   1 MapServer is an OpenSource development environment for building spatially
   2 enabled Internet applications.  It now supports MapScript which allows popular
   3 scripting languages such as Perl, Python, Tk/Tcl, Guile and even Java to
   4 access the MapServer C API.  MapScript provides a rich environment for
   5 developing applications that integrate disparate data.
