   5 SWIG is a software development tool that connects programs written
   6 in C, C++, and Objective-C with a variety of high-level programming
   7 languages. SWIG is primarily used with common scripting languages
   8 such as Perl, Python, and Tcl/Tk, but has also been extended to
   9 include languages such as Java, Eiffel, and Guile. SWIG is most
  10 commonly used to create high-level interpreted programming
  11 environments, systems integration, and as a tool for building user
  12 interfaces. SWIG is distributed as OpenSource and may be freely
  13 used, distributed, and modified for commercial or noncommercial
