   1 racoon speaks IKE (ISAKMP/Oakley) key management protocol, to
   2 establish IPsec security association with other hosts.

   4 This is based on KAME racoon, with some enhancements such as
   5 NAT-Traversal (needs kernel support), hybrid authentication,
   6 ISAKMP mode config, RADIUS support, IKE fragmentation and others.

   8 Ipsec-tools' racoon is able to act as a VPN server for the
   9 Cisco VPN client using hybrid authentication.
