   1 The MPEG4IP project provides a standards-based system for encoding,
   2 streaming, and playing encoded audio, video and text. To achieve
   3 this we've integrated a number of existing open source packages,
   4 and created some original code to fill in the gaps.

   6 Please note this project is intended for developers who are interested
   7 in standards based audio and video, and Internet streaming. It is
   8 not intended for end-users.
