   1 GEOS (Geometry Engine - Open Source) is a C++ port of the Java
   2 Topology Suite (JTS).  It contain the complete functionality of JTS in
   3 C++.  It includes all the OpenGIS "Simple Features for SQL" spatial
   4 predicate functions and spatial operators,and JTS topology functions
   5 like IsValid().
