   1 Libdmapsharing is a library you may use to access and share media content
   2 using DMAP (DAAP, DPAP & DACP).  The library presently supports Linux and
   3 other POSIX-based systems.  It is written in C using GObject and libsoup.

   5 The DMAP family of protocols are used by products such as Apple iTunes(TM),
   6 Apple iPhoto(TM), and the Roku SoundBridge(TM) family to share media such
   7 as music and photos.

   9 Possible uses for libdmapsharing include:

  12 * Adding music sharing capabilities to an audio application.
