   7 The font configuration system has been changed.  Previous versions
   8 used mostly separate commands to configure fonts for display and for
   9 PostScript output.  As of 3.03, configuration options that make sense
  10 for both display and PS output have been unified.

  13 * displayFontT1, displayFontTT: replaced with fontFile
  14 * displayNamedCIDFontT1, displayNamedCIDFontTT: replaced with fontFile
  15 * displayCIDFontT1, displayCIDFontTT: replaced with fontFileCC
  16 * psFont: replaced with psResidentFont
  17 * psNamedFont16: replaced with psResidentFont16
  18 * psFont16: replaced with psResidentFontCC
