Merge from vendor branch TNF:
Import libcassandra version 20100501.

libcassandra is a C++ client API for Apache Cassandra. The standard
front-end (in the sense of "language binding") for writing C++ programs
that use Cassandra.
Unofficial gitization of NetBSD-CVS pkgsrc, not synchronized w/NetBSD git.
