Initial import of paps-0.6.8:

libpaps is a library for converting Unicode text encoded in UTF-8
to postscript by using pango.

paps is a command line program using this library.
Unofficial gitization of NetBSD-CVS pkgsrc, not synchronized w/NetBSD git.
