Merge from vendor branch TNFTP:

amd/amd supports HESIOD, LDAP, and NIS+ which we don't presently.
If they are added to FreeBSD, add info_hesiod.c, info_ldap.c, info_nisplus.c
to amd/amd's Makefile.
