   9 The default browser package used is links (a text based
  10 browser which can render tables), which will be
  11 automatically loaded from the installation media if it
  12 is available.  You may change the selection of browser
  13 & browser package to auto-load by visiting the Options
  14 editor.

  16 In order to visit remote URLs, you naturally must have
  17 some sort of working Internet connection.  If you have not
  18 yet brought up any network interfaces, please visit
  19 the ``Networking'' item in the Configuration menu
  20 before attempting to reference any http://.. style URLs.
