Include the fortran library sources from GCC 3.4.4.

Import of virgin gcc 4.0.0 distribution.
Unneccessary files and dirs have been deleted and recorded in
README.DELETED.

Update for GCC 3.4.4.  Note that the prefered way to fetch just
the core, g++, g77 and objc part. ada, java and the testsuite
are not used, so you don't have to fetch it ever.

Update in-tree GCC to 3.4.4.

Remove two unnecessary entries.

Add C++ ctype based on NetBSD-style ctype.h.

- Update GCC to version 3.4.3.
- Remove some unused files from the repository.
- Change default debug format back to DWARF-2, since gdb 6 works better with
  it.
- Compile libobjc dynamically too, it helps e.g. GnuStep.
- Install MMX/SSE/... support headers under /usr/libdata/gcc34.

This is GCC 3.4, not 3.3

Bring in a trimmed down gcc-3.4-20040618.
