deskutils/tel/pkg-descr

   1 tel is a little console-based phone book program. It allows adding,
   2 modifying, editing, and searching of phone book entries right on your
   3 terminal. Pretty printing capabilites are also provided. Entries are
   4 stored in a simple CSV file. This eases import and export with common
   5 spread sheet applications like Microsoft Excel or OpenOffice.org Calc.
