   3 This voice provides a British English male voice using a residual
   4 excited LPC diphone synthesis method.  It uses the CMU Lexicon
   5 pronunciations.  Prosodic phrasing is provided by a statistically
   6 trained model using part of speech and local distribution of breaks.
   7 Intonation is provided by a CART tree predicting ToBI accents and
   8 an F0 contour generated from a model trained from natural speech.
   9 The duration model is also trained from data using a CART tree.

  13 It is sampled at 8 kHz and conflicts with the festvox-rab16 package
