   1 Pomerium is an identity-aware proxy that enables secure access to internal
   2 applications. Pomerium provides a standardized interface to add access
   3 control to applications regardless of whether the application itself has
   4 authorization or authentication baked-in. Pomerium gateways both internal
   5 and external requests, and can be used in situations where you'd typically
   6 reach for a VPN.
