* asia         - change Katmandu to Kathmandu

* backward     - provide Katmandu link

* europe       - correct Swiss rules

* northamerica - clearer definition of Cuban transitions (no binary change)
               - Resolute changes abbreviation (but not time) twice a year

               - Change Resolute from Eastern Time to Eastern Standard Time
