Update hammer.8:
 - Add note that prune and reblock are per-PFS
 - Move note that reblock is needed for recovering pruned space
up to prune command
 - Fix typo: s/^Nm/.Nm/
 - Add mdoc comment for each command, for better readability of hammer.8
 - Improve mark-up a bit
