  typeset TeX file:	ptex, platex
  preview DVI file:	vfxdvi
  get PS file:		pdvips
  preview PS file:	gv (another package)
  get PDF file:		dvipdfmx
  preview PDF file:	gv, acroread, acroread5 (another package)
