Initial import of p5-Text-RewriteRules version 0.10 into the NetBSD Packages
Collection.

The Perl 5 module Text::RewriteRules uses a simplified syntax for
regexp-based rules for rewriting text. You define a set of rules,
and the system applies them until no more rule can be applied
textproc/p5-Text-RewriteRules/DESCR [new file with mode: 0644] blob
textproc/p5-Text-RewriteRules/Makefile [new file with mode: 0644] blob
