   1 The cpuburn programs are designed to load x86 CPUs as heavily as
   2 possible for the purposes of system testing.  They have been
   3 optimized for different processors.  FPU and ALU instructions are
   4 coded an assembler endless loop.  They do not test every instruction.
   5 The goal has been to maximize heat production from the CPU, putting
   6 stress on the CPU itself, cooling system, motherboard (especially
   7 voltage regulators) and power supply (likely cause of burnBX/MMX
   8 errors).
