   1 The OpenSSL Project is a collaborative effort to develop a
   2 robust, commercial-grade, full-featured, and Open Source
   3 toolkit implementing the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL v2/v3)
   4 and Transport Layer Security (TLS v1) protocols as well as
   5 a full-strength general purpose cryptography library. The
   6 project is managed by a worldwide community of volunteers
   7 that use the Internet to communicate, plan, and develop the
   8 OpenSSL toolkit and its related documentation.
