math/R-GRASS/DESCR

   1 Interface between GRASS 5.0 geographical information system
   2 and R, based on starting R from within the GRASS environment
   3 using values of environment variables set in the GISRC file.
   4 Interface examples should be run outside GRASS, others may
   5 be run within. Wrapper and helper functions are provided for
   6 a range of R functions to match the interface metadata
   7 structures.
