   1 The GNU Scientific Library (GSL) is a collection of routines for
   2 numerical computing.  The routines have been written from scratch in
   3 C, and present a modern Applications Programming Interface (API) for C
   4 programmers, allowing wrappers to be written for very high level
   5 languages.  The source code is distributed under the GNU General
   6 Public License.
