Merge from vendor branch TNF:
Importing x11/p5-Alien-wxWidgets version 0.48 as indirect dependency of
scheduled import of editors/p5-Padre.

Alien::wxWidgets can be used to detect and get configuration settings from
an installed wxWidgets.
Unofficial gitization of NetBSD-CVS pkgsrc, not synchronized w/NetBSD git.
