Import paexec-0.16 as parallel/paexec.

paexec distributes performing the given tasks across several CPUs or
machines on a network and collects the results from those
CPUs/machines.
parallel/paexec/DESCR [new file with mode: 0644] blob
parallel/paexec/Makefile [new file with mode: 0644] blob
parallel/paexec/PLIST [new file with mode: 0644] blob
parallel/paexec/distinfo [new file with mode: 0644] blob
