* northamerica: Corrected typo in (ancient) LMT zone offset as
    detected by Zefram.

* southamerica: Resume Summer Time in Bahia, Brazil (following the
    standard Brazil algorithm, which causes Summer time to start
    Oct 16 this year, which matches the report.)
